After enjoying breakfast in your riad, begin your ten-day trip of Casablanca with an exploration of the Medina, where you will see numerous hidden gems that are only known to the locals. Then, following lunch in Midelt, you will travel on into the vast, open high desert, observing how the landscape shifts as you get closer to the city of Er Rachidia, revealing glimpses of the desert. After that, you continue your journey via the lush Ziz Valley and the Tafilalet date palm grove, which is well known for its date production.The Alaouite dynasty, which currently rules Morocco, has its roots in this region.
